Is there an order minimum?
Most items ship by the case with no account minimum. Some products and pallet lots carry their own minimums, shown on the product page.
Is pricing per unit or per case?
Pricing is listed per unit, with the case quantity shown on each product. Order by the case or pallet — registered VIP buyers unlock lower per-unit pricing.
How do I unlock VIP pricing?
Register your business for a free account. Approved buyers see reduced per-unit pricing and early access to new inventory.
Where do you ship from and how fast?
Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment centers with real-time tracking. Most orders process within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer pallet and bulk quantities?
Yes. Many SKUs are available by the pallet or truckload. Contact your sales rep for volume pricing.
How often is inventory updated?
New inventory is added daily across every category. Quantities are live, so availability reflects current stock.
What is your return and damaged-goods policy?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any shortages or damage and we'll make it right.
